Venetian startup that offers an app for managing hours worked by staff. The app is aimed at small and medium-sized companies and employment consultants.
Employment consultants and their employees spend a significant part of their day and resources deriving data from timesheets, which they mostly receive in paper form from their clients. A data passage that wastes a lot of time and at the same time increases the risk of error.
To make this flow of operations more immediate and practical, our client had equipped itself with a web application that was already available to the public, but which did not fully satisfy its needs in terms of performance, stability and usability. This is why they decide to turn to us, with the aim of designing and developing a totally new ad hoc app, capable of correcting and filling in the existing bugs of the one they were using, expanding its functionality and improving its aesthetics.
After an initial analysis of the app they already had and the needs expressed, we proposed the development of a web app - which can also be used from tablets - which, by making the most of modern technologies by leveraging client-side rendering, could satisfy their requests by maximizing performance and speeding up data entry. In a short time our team created an app capable of supporting two types of users:
companies;
employment consultants.
The app is very intuitive and simple to use, it allows you to:
enter the most important information about your employees: date of hire and weekly hours;
fill in the time sheet: you can enter the hours worked by your employees and any notes to communicate to the consultant such as bonuses, expense reimbursements, etc.;
save data automatically and make them accessible at any time;
insert, modify and manage the types of hours most used in your company;
update your calendar with company closures or holidays;
customize the time sheet, keeping some already selected vouchers fixed;
send the time sheet: you can download and print it or send it directly via email to the chosen email address or to your employment consultant, if connected to your management system.
Thanks to these features, companies can manage their resources quickly and easily, while employment consultants are able to configure multiple resources and customize them in every aspect. Furthermore, the app allows companies and consultants to communicate quickly, sharing in real time the information necessary for drawing up pay slips.
The modern design and the interchangeable and customizable menu give each user the opportunity to adapt their management software to their needs.
